The first section of Neighborhood Builder is Block Builder, designed to help an organization recruit and train block captains.
The second section of the book is designed to help the board members of a neighborhood organization understand how to be an effective.
The third section of the manual focuses on how to build action oriented committees that produce results that can propel an organization to their goals.
The fourth section of the manual is focused on developing a neighborhood plan. A plan by itself is not exciting; however, using the other tools in the book, a group could see increased results that translate into progress.
We at BuildNeighborhoods simply want our approached used by those who need it. Feel free to use only part or the entirety.
